Items Eligible for Exchange
While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that not all items on our website are eligible for exchange.
The following categories of products are generally not eligible for refund:
- Products with Expiration Dates: Items with a limited shelf life or an expiration date.
- Custom/Personalized Products: Items that have been specifically customized or personalized for the customer.
- Sale Products: Items which are sold at a sale price.
Timeline for Exchange
We offer a transparent and customer-friendly timeline for exchange. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. We believe this timeframe strikes a balance between allowing you sufficient time to evaluate your purchase while also ensuring a fair policy for our business.
Acceptable Item Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.
Exchanges of items within the diaper cake products will only be accepted if the items are damaged/ defective.
Exchange and Shipping Charges
While we take extra care to prepare each diaper cake, we acknowledge that there may be unfortunate circumstances when a damaged/ defective item is accidentally packed into a diaper cake.
For a one-to-one exchange of such items within the diaper cake products, the customer/ recipient (hereby known as the “sender”) will need to email us about the request, citing the order number, reason and item for exchange and photo proof of damaged/ defective item. After confirmation of a valid request for exchange, the sender will need to ship the items back to us at own cost (via SingPost or otherwise). It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that the returned items reach us before we proceed with a replacement. The replacements will be shipped back at no extra charges (via SingPost or otherwise). We reserve the right to replace the item with another item of a different size, colour, design or provide an item of a similar value for the exchange, subject to availability.
No Refund/ Returns
As each of our diaper cakes are made to order, we seek your understanding that they are not eligible for any returns or refunds.
